3DE constructed a walkthrough model of an island proposal as part of the planning process. Below right is a graphic plan of an island build showing the location of buildings and activity areas. 3DE clients participate in, and contribute to, all aspects of the design and building process.
3DEmbodiment provides expertise in virtual world planning as a way to introduce clients to the possibilities available in a virtual world build.
Such planning can include drawings of islands that can show the shape of an island and possible locations of buildings or activity areas. Or, it can include the construction of a model inside a virtual world, offering a client the opportunity to walk through the island and begin to visualize what it will look like and how it will function. Building a model offers an opportunity to also easily move buildings around and evolve how the island will function.
3DE also conducts extensive research into building styles, landscaping looks, vehicle styles, shops, auditoriums and orientation stations. 3DE employees believe the look and feel of an island should represent a theme that reflects function and use.
The company also can create buildings and a theme based on historical photographs, recreating accurate scenes from the past, or from architectural drawings, creating something that currently exists or that might exist in the future.
